We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Director and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director in all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Managing and maintaining the Director's schedule and appointment calendar.
- Creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings.
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for various projects and tasks.
- Performing general office tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining and updating company databases and contact lists.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
