Facility Cum Energy Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Create the scope of work, specifications, and project drawings.

Establish design guidelines and standards for projects including building and renovating facilities, modernizing and improving existing facilities, organizing offices and plants, and space planning, among other things.

Preventive and corrective maintenance should be planned and overseen to minimize operational disturbance.

Compile and manage all personnel and facility reports' related paperwork and administration.

Coordination across departments is needed to maintain the air conditioning, electrical, compressor/dryer, and centralized chiller systems, among other systems.

Provide the facilities, utilities, and services needed for the repair and overhaul procedures in collaboration with the process/project engineers.

Maximizes plant efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance by offering system engineering and technical support.

Administer and oversee the allotted funds efficiently.

Contracts for outsourced services are executed to guarantee that the conditions and commitments are met.

Co-ordinate with sub-contract, vendor or local authorities for any installation or system relocation etc.

Job Requirements

A diploma or degree in engineering, or a comparable field.

3–5 years of minimum relevant experience.

Capacity to be ready for any emergency call pertaining to M7E around-the-clock. familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Powerful project management abilities familiarity with the health and safety regulations in the area.
