  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm
  • Working Location: Bendemeer MRT
  • Salary: $1900 - $2200

Job Description:

  • Data Entry of information in company system database
  • Filing documentation
  • Coordinate storage, transportation and delivery of goods
  • Inventory stock take
  • Quality Check (QC) of goods
  • Responsible for daily admin duties
  • Answer of phone and email enquiries from customer or external vendors
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as per required by management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O Levels, Professional certifications or equivalent cert.
  • Fresh graduates with no prior experience are accepted
  • Proficient in MS office, including excel and word
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner, positive working attitude
  • Able to speak Mandarin will be a plus point as need to handle chinese-speaking customers/vendors, and translation.
