  • Assist in implementation of corporate secretarial solution within the firm to digitalise the current process in creation and maintenance of client's statutory records
  • Involve in client on-boarding and clientele development
  • Be trained to assist client in meeting statutory requirements under the Companies Act to hold Annual General Meeting and file Annual Return to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
  • Be trained to support client in new company set-up and execution of corporate transactions (e.g. share allotment, transfer of shares)
  • Be exposed to simple accounting work and receive on-the-job training to gain accounting knowledge and skills
  • Be trained by professional accountant to read and understand financial statements
