ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple applications across various technologies and platformsParticipate and manage all phases of SDLCElicit, organize and translate business requirements into detailed technical functional and non-functional requirementsFacilitate user requirement sessions and user acceptance test with usersDeliver elements of system design including wireframe, data migration plan, integration plan, UI / UX design and other detailed deliverables for each SDLC phasesUnderstand existing system design for translating user requirements for change requests and implementing new functionalityApplication programming, testing and implementation of application systemsTroubleshoot problem and provide long term and short term solutionProvide training to end usersCollaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency and consistency for implementation of applicationsPrepare and submit project progress reportManage application change control and risk mitigationManage applications for compliance to IT standards and policiesParticipate in internal and external system auditParticipate in RFQ / tender process i.e. tender specs including functional and non-functional specs, submission, clarification and evaluationWork with vendor for outsourcing projectsRequirementsDegree / Diploma in Computer Science / Information SystemsOverall at least 8 years relevant IT experience including 2 successful projects in the role as application analyst or developerExperience in hands-on programming (VB.net, Javascript, HTML5, Jquery, Swift, RESTful API, MS SQL, Outsystems). Any other development technology, would be added advantageMS .Net Certified Programmer preferredKnowledge on UI/UX design would be added advantageWorking knowledge of both waterfall and agile development methodologyAble to work as part of an effective team assisting and supporting team membersKeen learner, self-motivated team player, ability to multi-task across projects and priorities with strong communication and interpersonal skillsSubmitting this application for this position, you acknowledge that you have read the Data Protection Policy for Job Applicants (the “ Policy ”) of SBS Transit Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations (‘ SBST ”) and consent to:
