Responsibilities:

  • Baking Chinese traditional pastries (Tau Sar Piahs, Pineapple Tart etc)
  • Adjust the oven temperatures and humidity as needed so that all products come out as expected
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality and consistency of Chinese traditional pastries
  • Perform routine checks on raw materials to ensure they adhere to high-quality standards and are not expired or damaged
  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary education
  • Keen to learn and show great passion in bakery
  • Able to adapt to fast pace environment
  • Able to stand for long hours
  • Able to work in humid environment
  • Requires to carry heavy load (Up to 20kg)
