Overview of Position:

This position is responsible for client management which includes ensuring execution of sponsorship deliverables across the company’s portfolio of assets and maintaining long-term relationships with commercial partners. As a member of the Corporate Partnerships team, this role also includes contributing towards sales opportunities and managing new projects.

Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship rights and services to meet client expectations.

• Plan and execute partnership programs and marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Maintain effective communication with partners regarding promotions, updates, and solutions.

• Support the Marketing Partnership Directors in developing partnership marketing strategies.

• Research consumer behavior trends and demographics to propose joint marketing plans with partners.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of sponsorship rights and marketing collaborations.

• Gain a thorough understanding of company assets and products to support upselling opportunities and renewals.

• Collaborate with sales, design, and digital marketing teams to develop and execute brand activation projects.

• Handle client administration tasks and provide support for additional tasks as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proved experience;

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account servicing, client management, event management, or marketing and sponsorship activations;

• Flexible and adaptable when met with challenges and handling clients;

• Maintains professional and ethical standards in the work environment;

• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;

• Strong coordination, organization and multi-tasking skills;

• Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners and clients across all levels;

• Ability to build on clients’ insights and develop solutions based on customer needs;

• Willing to work extended hours during event day activation and deliver results under pressure
