About the job- Supervise and manage all after-sales and technical support topics for customers in Southeast Asia
- Conduct technical training to service teams of distributors for new and existing products.
- Become the key contact person for technical and after-sales related topics to the distributors, incl. warranty, spare parts, technical consultation.
- Warranty claims verification & processing
- Provide support for technical documentation requirements, incl support for local certification requirements.
- Manage the spare parts web portal and advise customers on spare parts replenishment as well as the coordination with plant & logistics for smooth spare parts supply.
- Support new product launch with product testing and evaluation.
- Support sales team with technical consultation
- Willingness to travel across SEA
- Fluent in English
- 5yrs experience in consumer service industry, ideally with exposure to kitchen appliances.
- Customer escalations handling
- Good listening and communication skills
