Admin and Account Officer

- To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum in Administrative functions and accounts.
- To provide support for all insurance claim matters.
- Liaise with government agencies on office administration, personnel, and legal matters.
- Constantly monitor if there are any new or amendments to the Employment Act & Employment regulations.
- Company Secretary matters.
- Maintenance of Company’s properties and upkeep of office stationeries/equipment.
- IT knowledge and skills
- Any other ad-hoc administration and accounts duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with pro-active attitude.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (written and oral)
- Proficient in MS Office, computer skills and numerical analysis.
- Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays.
- Singaporeans only.
