As a Cyber Security Maintenance Engineer, you are required to provide support and preventive maintenance service to customer, to address and resolve customer’s system fault. You will have the opportunity to expose to different products and technologies and experience different industry sectors.
What will you do?
- Provide technical consulting and advice
- Respond to customer enquires and/or fault resolution request
- Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
- Manage and maintain the equipment store
- Make arrangement to send faulty equipment back to vendor for repair
- Perform preventive maintenance for customer
- Conduct network troubleshoot.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
- Typically 3 or more years of network / cyber security systems maintenance and/or implementation experience
- Strong familiarity with CyberArk PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions
- Familiarity with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, VPN, DNS, NTP, 2 FA technologies
- Experience in PowerShell, Python or Linux shell scripting is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent IT security certifications will be value-add
- Good vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy
- Customer focused
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Able to travel as required
