ID Administrator - Compliance and Quality Control
Scope and Responsibility
1. Receiving Incident ticket from ITD Help Desk (Service Desk) in SCCD ticket application– Unexpected volume ticket daily raise by User.
- Put on SLA Hold
2. Assigned ticket from telegram SD Group to respective work group telegram of TTSH Deskside Engineer.
3. Reassigned back ticket for incomplete information to SD Group for GSB location not updated.
4. Reassigned ticket back for incorrect location to SD Group.
5. Reassigned incident ticket for absent engineer to available engineer and arranged to attend the outstanding Incident Ticket.
6. Checking Incident No and Service Request no if requested by user.
7. Sending report for consolidation daily outstanding EJR report for all institution.
8. Sending report for consolidation daily Outstanding Deskside Cases for all institutions.
9. Assist in ticket closure for engineers.
10. Call engineers and users to schedule for attending the tickets.
11. Weekly Reports for Site Manager
Requirement:
- Experience with Microsoft excel.
- Knowledge of IT and IT systems.
- Experience at the Service desk or Deskside area will be an added-on advantage.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Flexibility to work in staggered hours.
- Able to work in peak months like Dec/Jan, Jun/Jul when the doctor postings are there as there will be leave freezes for ID admin.
- Quick learner and flexibility to learn multiple applications for ID admin BAU activities.
Working hours
Monday to Friday:
Normal working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm. (8 hours working, 1 hour break)
Staggered working hour: 7.30 am to 7.30 pm (8 hours working, depend on schedule)
Saturday:
Normal working hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm. (4 hours working)
Staggered working hour: 7am to 2pm (4 hours working, depend on schedule)
