Regional Sales Support ExecutiveJob Summary:

  • Salary: Basic up to $3,300 + AWS + PB
  • Working Time: Monday to Friday 
  • Working Time: Flexible 8am-5.15pm/ 8.30am - 5.45/ 9am-6.15pm
  • Working Location: Tai Seng 

Job Description 

  • Address sales inquiries from customers across the region and collaborate closely with the operational team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure sufficient stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, handling any complaints or objections that may arise.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts both locally and regionally.
  • Process customer orders, including generating price quotations, stock checks, issuing proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for providing customers with information on product pricing and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting departments to facilitate smooth order shipments to customers.
  • Prepare various documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, inventory checklists, and other related paperwork.
  • Compile and analyze sales data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as needed.

 Job Requirement 

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills..
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures is beneficial.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
