Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Make appointments for customers for servicing or repair, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination. Assist service advisors with call matters, providing support and ensuring smooth operations. Perform active calling to customers to remind them of upcoming service due dates and propose scheduled appointments. Respond to incoming emails from customers, addressing customer requests for servicing appointments. Handle general administrative duties as required to support the team and maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- N level qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or automotive environment.
- Strong customer-oriented attitude with a high level of service commitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Comfortable with working overtime when necessary.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry skills.
