Job title – Regulatory Affairs Manager HNC

Location – Singapore

To ensure that dsm-firmenich products comply with the diverse and complex regulations in the region, the Regulatory Affairs Manager will advise / define the internal requirements for new products to ensure efficient market clearances and compliance within the Pharma segment are met.

This individual will also provide guidance and support for existing products in the context of production improvements, product changes or line extensions, new applications, and changing regulations and deviations.

The RA Manager will act as the interface between external authorities and the internal R&D, Safety, Marketing Units, and production sites.

Your key responsibilities

+ + Contribute to the joint efforts for the development of the global product approval strategy in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage the Dossiers preparation for Product approval in collaboration with Product and Project Management based on the global regulatory affairs strategies of HNC

  • Support HNC (Health, Nutrition and Care) customer queries in QUIC CRM system

  • Provide input on changing regulatory environments to internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development of DSM opinions in the area of Regulatory Affairs

  • Representation of RA aspects in the relevant meetings

    You bring

  • University degree in Pharmacy/Science related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs for the Pharma APIs industry

  • Strong experience in Pharma APIs and Food regulations including CODEX, EU.

  • Experience with Pharma/ Food is desired

  • Organizational and leadership skills - team player and a consensus builder
