You will be joining a distributed team with team members from different countries.Functional ScopeESEM provides electricity portfolio management, internal support to the sales teams, account management, energy market analysis, and preparation of all required data to submit energy tenders, both new and renewal, to retailer partners – across Australia, Singapore, and Philippine energy markets, as required.Ensure daily systems requirements meet the needs of the business and develop ongoing improvements to ensure we maintain our competitive advantage.Role Skills and Experience• A Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Finance, or equivalent• Skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications• Possess advanced literacy and numeracy skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Have an eye for detail and accuracy and task orientation• Ability to effectively operate as part of a multi-skilled team• Demonstrated time management skills• Flexibility in responding to changing demand• Excellent interpersonal skills, e.g. verbal and written communication• Experience in analysing energy usage and demand factors, a plusRole Responsibilities• Managing customers’ electricity portfolio, including –1. Assist in the production of Tenders / Product Proposals to Customers2. Using and developing spreadsheet models3. Model customer’s energy usage where necessary4. Energy market analysis5. Research and gather market information6. Develop and manage clients’ risk and electricity portfolio7. Keeping knowledge up-to-date about electricity markets, current news, and conditions8. Preparing reports and recommendations on electricity portfolio management9. Develop professional working relationships with partners / retailers• Perform office administration services to –1. Assist delivery of services to customers;2.
