In this role, you are responsible to ensure the smooth and continuous day-to-day operations execution in Data Centre. 

 

 Make an Impact by:

 

  • Familiar with BMC Control-M batch in job execution and monitoring.
  • Support incident identification, escalation & reporting.
  • Backup operations and regular server health checks.
  • Generate reports on regular basis.
  • Adhere to all operational & physical security procedures.
  • Maintain records required to work towards acceptable audit rating.
  • Any other operational related duties as assigned.

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • At least Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience of DC Operations.
  • Familiar with Data Centre & Server Operations Support .
  • Good knowledge in Control M scheduling, Batch Job Processing, Report Generation and DR Support.
  • Able to work under shift rotational basis (eg : 8 or 12 hour shift pattern).
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure with positive work attitude.
