Prosben Group is a manufacturer of lens cleaning solutions, lens wipes and specialty cleaning products, serving established brands across Europe, Asia and the United States. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Operation Associate to support our daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination throughout the order fulfilment process.
Job Responsibilities- Process and enter sales orders accurately and promptly into the company's ERP system, including handling Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO) and other sales-related documentation.
- Monitor and track order progress from order confirmation through to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Finance and Logistics, to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on order status, delivery schedules and outstanding matters.
- Maintain accurate sales records and order documentation, ensuring proper and systematic filing.
- Identify and follow up on order discrepancies, delivery delays and operational issues.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare regular order status updates and reports as required.
- Diploma in any discipline. Candidates with experience in international trading, sales support or logistics will have an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates and no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with computer systems.
- Experience with ERP systems or order management will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
- Proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
