About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Treasury Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing day-to-day treasury operations, supporting trade finance and long‑term funding initiatives, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily treasury operations and ensure smooth execution Provide timely analysis and reporting for management decision-making Assist in managing banking relationships, including KYC documentation and queries Support trade finance activities and long‑term fundraising to drive company growth Contribute to system automation and process streamlining projects Assist in Treasury Management System (TMS) studies and implementation Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) 5–8 years of experience in treasury operations or corporate banking (commodity trade experience preferred) Strong knowledge of trade finance, loan structuring, cash flow management, FX management, AML and sanctions compliance, and bank covenant requirements Detail‑oriented with hands‑on approach and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems High integrity, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player with strong motivation Why Join Us?
