About the job G01 - Senior Product Designer As a Senior Product Designer you will drive design excellence and ensure the highest quality of user experience across our digital products. Your expertise will shape design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in design practices. Your responsibilities include: Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovering problems and proposing solutions to delivering final designs and supporting product launches. Prioritise design efforts based on business goals and user needs. Propose your planning and UX approach to cross-functional teams, effectively communicating your rationale and methodology. Define and track success metrics for design solutions. Conduct workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to deeply understand service operations and business workflows. Identify strategic opportunities to enhance service journeys through technology, benefiting both end users and operational staff. Bridge the gap between business challenges, user needs, and technological solutions. Use various user research methods including live data analytics, usability testing, user surveys, and in-depth interviews to gather insights. Use this data to continually refine and enhance the end-to-end experience. Rapidly create and iterate on ideas using user flows and mock-ups based on research insights. Present design solutions backed by research to continually enhance user interactions. Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistent quality across products. Regularly review and update these standards, ensuring they incorporate principles of accessibility and inclusive design. Work closely with the Design System (DS) team to maintain and enhance our design system. Oversee all aspects of its usage, including guidelines, updates, and application across products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional product teams. Foster an environment of collaboration and mutual respect, and encourage a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Contribute to team growth by mentoring and sharing knowledge across the organisation. What we are looking for: Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the UX industry. Demonstrated experience working on at least 2 different products. Strong experience working in Agile development environments. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and skilled in stakeholder management. Experience in building or collaborating on design systems. Excellent organisational, presentation, and listening skills. Expertise with popular design tools and software such as Figma, Maze, Dovetail, Notion, and Excel. Previous experience leading a UX design team and/or experience working in the government sector, with legacy systems or complex domains will be considered an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
