If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne’s next chapter.**Key Responsibilities:*** Review monthly and quarterly management reports and prepare presentations for senior management, including variance analyses and financial insights.* Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decision-making.* Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare variance reports.* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.* Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.* Draft and review technical accounting papers, memos, and policy updates to ensure compliance and address emerging accounting issues.* Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate financial controls.* Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.**Qualifications:*** Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications* CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification.* Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, with initial experience acquired in Big 4 is preferred.* Familiar with group accounting policies, tax requirement and internal control procedures. Experience in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is an advantage.* Experience in SAP S/4HANA would be advantageous.* Self-motivated and high degree of initiative, high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
