Marketing Executive - 1 year contract (Global prestige beauty group) Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support the execution of key marketing initiatives across the Travel Retail Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, digital trends, and brand storytelling. You will deliver impactful digital activations, maintain and update pre-order sites, and support events and campaign rollouts.

Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Analytics
    • Retrieve and compile data for the online product library; manage monthly updates of existing digital sites, including database updates.
    • Work with the translation agency to align communication copy, including liaising with the region’s representative for proofreading.
    • Process sales data and generate monthly reports for top management review, including category analysis.
    • Coordinate the launch of new site openings, including a full check of test sites before opening.
    • Maintain the digital calendar based on key launches.
    • Work closely with the marketing team and the integrated marketing corporate team in executing online-to-offline digital initiatives and media campaigns to drive consumer engagement and digital outreach.
    • Work closely with the marketing manager to develop attractive storytelling angles to maximize brand awareness and product launches.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Support the marketing manager to execute retail events in the APAC region.
    • Coordinate logistics for product launches, pop-ups, influencer events, and retail activations.
    • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
    • Provide on-site support during retailer/team events for setup and guest management.
    • Work with the marketing team to prepare for the sales cycle meeting bi-annually.
Requirements
  • Beauty, fashion, or FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Preferably holds a university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ working experience in the cosmetics industry preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms in the APAC region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
