Overview

Building Strategic Innovation Capability Centres(ICC) for Next-Gen AI & Semiconductor Chip Engineering, TiE Singapore Charter Member,Thought Leader

Boltchip is a Consulting firm building the Innovation Capability Centers for Semiconductor design companies in ASIA.

We are seeking a very exceptional SOC Architect (system on a chip) and Execution Leader to drive the architecture, implementation, and successful tape-out of next-generation System-on-Chips featuring advanced interconnect architectures, high speed interfaces and chiplet integration. This role requires deep technical expertise in NOC design, PCIe/CXL implementation, and proven execution leadership for complex SOC development at advanced nodes.

Experience : 15+ years

Responsibilities
  • Define and SOC architecture for complex multi-core systems with emphasis on interconnect optimization.
  • Network-on-Chip & Interconnect Excellence
  • High Speed Interface Architecture with UCIe focus.
  • Technical Execution Leadership
  • Verification and validation strategy
  • Overall technical ownership and architecture decisions
  • IP selection and vendor negotiations
  • Risk mitigation and technical escalation
  • Customer technical alignment
  • Cross-functional team coordination
  • Build and Manage a 30 Member team in SG
Technical Requirements
  • Deep expertise in SoC architecture and system-level design
  • Extensive knowledge of ARM ecosystem (Cortex-A series, AMBA protocols)
  • Advanced understanding of high-speed analog/mixed-signal IPs (DDR PHY, PCIe PHY, USB 3.2 PHY)
  • Power management and low-power design techniques
  • TSMC 12nm process technology knowledge
  • Experience with 100mm2+ die size projects
  • Customer interfacing and technical leadership
