Qualifications Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective business strategies. Strong knowledge of banking operations, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams. Experience in digital transformation projects within the financial sector.
