This role is suited for someone who enjoys external stakeholder engagement and is open to travel for meetings and partner activities when required. Key Responsibilities Channel maintenance & partner management: Build and maintain relationships with partners Lead generation & client outreach: Proactively engage potential clients, follow up on enquiries and referrals, arrange meetings, and work towards agreed individual sales targets. Business development support: Coordinate partner follow-ups and work with the internal team to drive lead-to-client conversion. Tracking & reporting: Maintain partner lists, outreach records, and basic campaign/lead tracking reports. Travel readiness: Attend client/partner meetings and events locally, with occasional overseas travel when required. Key Requirements Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines. 1–3 years of experience in marketing / partnerships / business development. Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; organized and self-driven. Excellent English business communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients. Willing to travel when required.
