All About The Role

Make an impact as a Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors Program Management. This role spans two disciplines: strong project management capabilities and deep IT/technical knowledge (e.g., software development, API, IT/Enterprise architecture, IT service management). It requires excellent team leadership, senior stakeholder management, and the ability to manage large, multi-vendor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
• Successfully implement complex technology assets and deliver challenging transformation programs to establish new business as usual
• Strengthen client internal skills, knowledge and experience in critical areas
• Transform client processes and optimize management practices

You will manage a portfolio of projects supporting strategic change or initiatives with significant organizational impact, handling complexity, risks, and interdependencies while realizing measurable benefits.

All About You

• Experience delivering large digital enterprise programs in financial services from initiation to benefit realization
• Proven leadership of PMOs across clients/bases, with risk mitigation, issue resolution, and alignment of scope to value
• Formal accreditation in PM/PMO/Change/Service Management; Agile experience or Scrum Master is a plus
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to drive business development
• Ability to identify opportunities, lead sales discussions, and contribute to proposals

Further capabilities include stakeholder analysis, leveraging subject matter experts, influencing across large teams, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to frame opportunities in financial terms.

All About Your Education & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• PM/PMO/Change/Service management accreditation desirable
• 7+ years of experience delivering successful projects
• Experience in full tech stack implementations across channels and layers
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies; financial services experience preferred
• Payments and/or retail banking/merchants exposure preferred
• Strong MS Office and project management tools proficiency (MS Project, Trello, Rally/JIRA)
• Willingness to travel
