About The Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to be part of our team. You will be assigned to a Singapore Government project, where you'll work directly with stakeholders to shape digital solutions that make a real impact on citizens' lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale IT projects in the public sector, while sharpening your skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
What You'll Do
  • Work closely with government stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear deliverables
  • Document user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support development teams
  • Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements for efficiency and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure requirements are met
  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project success
  • Draw wireframes to visualise the website and application to be delivered based on requirements,
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in different business sectors
  • Familiarity with wireframing and design tools such as Figma
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR that may apply
Nice-to-Have
  • Knowledge of UML (BPMN, ERD, State-Transition Flow)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Certification for Agile or Business Analyst
