Senior Tech Recruiter at Persol Singapore – L Actively hiring for Network, system, Infra, Applications & Cloud Professionals Urgently hiring Product Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for Healthcare / FMCG client Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and customer insights. Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional teams to support new product launches , packaging development, and branding initiatives. Manage and execute digital marketing activities , including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives. Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver promotional activities, campaigns, and events. Assist in the development and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, sales tools, and digital assets. Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and aligned with approved plans. Key Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline . 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience , preferably in healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics, or B2B environments. Solid understanding of digital marketing , including social media platforms, content strategy, and email campaigns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media insights). Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
