About This Role
As the Sales Director, you will drive the growth and expansion of Circles X. This is a strategic role focused on reimagining the telco industry through our SaaS platform.
- Sales Coverage: APAC; specific accounts and/or territory assigned based on priority.
- Lead large and strategic telco accounts and be responsible for delivering on sales KPIs, including building and converting a strategic pipeline, progressing opportunities, and closing accounts.
- Steer sales strategy and plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth and increase market share.
- Build and enhance C-suite relationships with existing and new clients; new account development is critical for Circles X’s growth.
- Establish a structured sales methodology and process, including opportunity validation, pursuit and closure, and a strong sales operating cadence.
- Optimize sales tools and provide visibility and actionable data for targeted sales efforts.
- Become a thought leader in the Telco vertical SaaS space by contributing an informed POV on best practices and trends.
- 15+ years of APAC sales experience in telco SaaS software with exposure to telecom operators across multiple markets.
- Strong existing network with C-suite executives and a track record of building C-suite relationships.
- Experience in solution/consultative selling in BSS to Telco clients.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem solving; ability to challenge the status quo with a quantitative view.
- Value-based selling methodology experience; comfortable presenting business cases to C-level Telco clients.
- Track record of closing large and complex B2B deals (long sales cycles with multiple decision makers) with significant ARR; demonstrated growth in initial growth years.
- Growth through channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or advisors.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
