About the Role We are looking for an energetic, globally minded Head of Sales to spearhead our stablecoin market expansion and help our exchange rapidly build presence across international markets. This role is home-based, with frequent travel to key regions and partners. You will lead client acquisition, partnership development, and business strategy to accelerate adoption of our stablecoin products among exchanges, fintech companies, and institutional users. Key Responsibilities Lead global sales strategy to expand stablecoin adoption and transaction volume. Identify and onboard target clients, including exchanges, payment institutions, fintechs, and Web3 partners. Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to design customized solutions. Represent the company at international events and forums, promoting stablecoin ecosystem growth. Conduct competitive analysis and provide market insights to guide product direction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; background in finance, fintech, or blockchain preferred. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, BD, or partnerships, ideally within crypto, stablecoin, or Web3 sectors. Strong understanding of blockchain, digital asset infrastructure, and global payment systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable interacting with C-suite executives. Extensive industry network or proven connections in one or more relevant sectors. Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently in a remote environment. Open to frequent international travel. Preferred Attributes Outgoing, confident, and adept at relationship-building. Entrepreneurial and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership.
