Overview

Overseas Family School (OFS) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website & Branding Designer to enhance our digital presence and ensure our brand identity is consistently represented across all platforms. This role will be pivotal in shaping how prospective parents, students, and the wider community experience OFS both online and offline. The successful candidate will design and maintain a user-friendly, engaging, and visually aligned website while also producing high-quality creative and print materials — including brochures, event collateral and advertising assets — that support admissions, marketing campaigns, and school communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging, responsive website layouts, graphics, and interactive features.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets in line with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create landing pages and microsites for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Improve user experience (UX) through intuitive navigation, clear calls-to-action, and optimized site architecture.
  • Work with developers to implement and test design solutions.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content, visuals, and design elements.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile compatibility.
  • Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback to refine designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Develop creative graphic design solutions for both digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, signage, advertising, social media visuals, and internal communications.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and recommend improvements to enhance user and audience experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer & Graphic Designer in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Webflow).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in marketing or education sectors.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
