Associate Medical Laboratory Technologist (Office hour / shift) (ID: ) Location: Islandwide | Employment Type: Full Time | Experience: Fresh/Entry Level | Industry: Sciences / Laboratory / R&D | Salary: $2,400 - $3,000 Monthly | Closing Date: 19 Oct 2025 Overview The Associate Medical Laboratory Technologist will support routine laboratory testing and quality control across hematology, microbiology and instrumentation. The role requires a methodical approach to specimen processing, data entry and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with laboratory standards. Responsibilities Perform routine hematology testing using automated analyzers and review results for abnormal findings. Conduct microbiology specimen identification and culture methods per standard protocols. Maintain quality control procedures and instrument calibration to support laboratory accuracy. Record test results, troubleshoot instrumentation issues and collaborate with laboratory staff. Adhere to laboratory safety, quality and regulatory compliance guidelines. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Medical Laboratory Technology. 1 year of experience in laboratory testing or related field. Knowledge of hematology, microbiology, quality control and instrumentation. Strong troubleshooting, data entry and teamwork skills. Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
