Responsibilities Assist clients in selecting properties and achieving sales targets. Promote property sales through various advertising media and listing services. Engage with prospects and clients interested in real estate deals. Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences. Coordinate the closing process of property deals, ensuring all documents are signed and payments are received. Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions. Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies during property transactions. Monitor the property market to identify potential clients and secure brokerage deals. Maintain ongoing contact with clients to discuss future business opportunities. Job Requirement Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Valid CEA License or a Diploma/Graduate in Real Estate, with the ability to transact in the property market. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic market. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in liaising with Chinese-speaking clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
