Assistant / Manager (Research Monitor), WH Office of Research Development and Scholarships North Region Permanent Job Description Job Scope Lead and manage research outreach initiatives such as showcases, newsletters, seminars, workshops, and intranet content. Provide secretariat support for research-related meetings and serve as the main point of contact for key committees like the Clinical Research Committee (CRC) and Chairman Medical Board. Act as the main liaison for research-related reporting, including CRC reports, insurance submissions, and cluster-level declarations, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Oversee administrative processes, manage research-related applications and maintain compliance through proper documentation and workflow tracking. Draft, review, and maintain research policies, SOPs, and work instructions, while supporting continuous improvements and ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
