About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to support the design, delivery, and administration of training and development programs. The role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining training records, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives that enhance workforce capability and organisational performance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars. Liaise with SME's, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions. Prepare training materials, presentations, and resources in collaboration with subject matter experts. Manage training logistics, including venue booking, invitations, registrations, and attendance tracking. Maintain accurate training records, participation data, and feedback reports. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, tracking usage, and generating reports. Provide administrative support, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation. Upselling of training services to potential customers. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. 5 years of experience in training coordination, sales or learning & development. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Learning Management Systems is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications Experience in coordinating corporate training or talent development programs. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
