We're searching for an experienced art director to join the creative department, guiding a talented team of designers. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to promote our company and our clients. We seek an experienced manager who can inspire and be inspired to elevate our creative efforts. A natural eye for design and a passion for delivering engaging ideas for social media are essential.

Objectives of this Role
  • Oversee the art department by training, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring staff
  • Establish standards for production, quality, and client service
  • Ensure adherence to processes, identify improvements, and develop tools to support design operations
  • Align team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work timely and within budget
  • Develop presentation styles and techniques for the team
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and campaign performance
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Work with the creative team to establish a unified brand voice
  • Conceptualize campaign visions using graphics, copy, websites, social media, and marketing materials
  • Develop ideas from brainstorming sessions with clear schedules and deliverables
  • Delegate projects to in-house designers
  • Present final layouts and gather feedback
  • Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production
  • Report directly to the Creative Director
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and design skills
  • High standards of visual excellence
  • Leadership skills in managing creative teams
  • Strong creative vision aligned with business goals
  • Knowledge of photography and video production
  • Copywriting skills are a plus
  • Fluency in English and native language (TH/ID)
