We are looking for two accomplished Tax Director / Partner to lead our corporate and international tax practice in Singapore. These senior leadership roles will focus on providing practical tax advisory solutions, ensuring compliance, and helping clients navigate Singapore and global tax developments. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven leadership and business development skills.The Tax Director/Partner will oversee all tax-related activities including tax compliance, tax preparation, and ensuring alignment with tax laws. They will provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, manage tax audits, and liaise with external tax authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide spectrum of corporate or international tax issues
  • Lead large, complex tax engagements for multinational corporations, regional enterprises, and fast-growing businesses.
  • Keep clients updated on tax law changes in Singapore and internationally, and translate these into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely, and commercially sound deliverables.
  • Lead and grow the tax advisory team, providing mentorship, technical training, and career development.
  • Drive consistency in tax methodologies and compliance processes.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and expand client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to business owners, CFOs, and boards.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and publications to strengthen the firm’s brand as a tax leader.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12–15 years of tax experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tax compliance and advisory portfolios.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters in a clear, client-focused manner.
