Senior Manager, Destination Experience

The Senior Manager, Destination Experience is a key role responsible for driving the creative evolution of the resort’s brand identity and experiences. With a strong emphasis on ideation, storytelling, and visual execution, this role oversees high-impact projects and ensures the brand remains relevant, resonant, and future-ready. This role involves collaborating across departments managing brand experiences, and ensuring consistency in all branding efforts to elevate the brand's market position and reputation. This role bridges strategic brand thinking with hands-on creative leadership. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Brand Evolution : Support the senior management team in developing brand strategies that elevate the RWS brand portfolio, master brand and vertical brands, including defining brand positioning and crafting narratives that play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and business growth. Creative Strategy & Brand Evolution : Support the Brand Refresh initiative, shaping the resort’s future-facing identity and positioning. Creative Strategy & Brand Evolution : Develop and implement the Brand Guide, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creative excellence across all touchpoints. Creative Strategy & Brand Evolution : Review and redefine evergreen brand assets, ensuring they reflect the refreshed brand and are adaptable across platforms. Project Oversight & Execution : Oversee all direct report projects, providing strategic direction, creative input, and quality assurance. Project Oversight & Execution : Manage key initiatives including but not limited to: Hoarding, Entertainment, and Partnerships. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to bring brand concepts to life. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of branding initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration : Support the team in aligning creative outputs with broader brand strategy and business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration : Mentor and guide team members, fostering innovation and excellence. Stakeholder Collaboration : Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Success Metrics Delivery of a refreshed and consistent brand identity embraced across the resort. Ability to activate brand guide that empowers consistent execution. High-impact creative assets and experiences that elevate brand perception. Effective oversight of direct report projects with measurable outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Minimally 5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or experiential marketing. Required Skills Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, creative leadership, and storytelling. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects with strategic and creative impact. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industry experience preferred.
