About Role The Head of Junior School is a member of the College Leadership Team (CLT). Members of the CLT have joint responsibility for all aspects of the school relating to the education and development of the students; each has a focus of responsibilities, but all contribute to the whole and support the work of others. Requirement Person Specification Qualifications and Experience A tertiary degree from a well-respected university, with management and leadership qualifications being an added advantage; Successful experience of leading an outstanding School.
