Project Manager/Senior - Construction (TUAS) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale engineering and water construction projects in Singapore. This role oversees full project life cycle management—from planning to handover—ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work quality and compliance. Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns. Prepare and present progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations at all project sites. Implement best practices and continuous improvement in project management processes. Role Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) certification (PEB-recognized) OR Professional Project Manager (PPM) accreditation (SPM). 8–10 years of project management experience, ideally with large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Experience in PUB, water, wastewater, industrial, or treatment plant projects is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of Singapore’s local construction codes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven track record in managing safety, quality, and timely delivery of major projects. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Proficient in project management tools/software. Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence in decision-making under pressure.
