Strategic Sales Director – Banking & SWIFT Integration Role overview: We are seeking a seasoned and driven Strategic Sales Director with a hunter mindset to lead our banking partnerships and SWIFT integration efforts across the APAC region. This role is pivotal to our long‑term strategy and requires someone with deep experience in selling to banks, a strong understanding of SWIFT, and the ability to build and maintain high‑level relationships. How you will create impact Drive new business: Identify and close high‑value opportunities with banks and financial institutions across the region. Maintain focus: Deepen engagement with our core network of banks while strategically expanding our footprint. Lead complex sales cycles: Manage end‑to‑end sales—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding. Build executive relationships: Engage directly with C‑level network and senior decision‑makers within the banking sector. Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure successful integration and delivery. Represent the organisation: Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand and solutions. Inform strategy: Provide market insights and feedback to shape our long‑term regional approach. Requirements Experience : 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure. Skills : Hunter mindset —self‑starter with a relentless drive to win new business and exceed targets; Proven success selling to banks in the APAC region; Deep knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems (MT/MX, ISO 20022) and integration processes. Attributes : CRM savvy; Target‑driven with a track record of exceeding sales and business development targets; Adaptability; Strong relationship builder with a C‑level banking network; Detail‑oriented. Market Knowledge : Experience working with PSPs or financial services platforms; Deep understanding of the money‑transfer and remittance markets in the region, including regulatory frameworks such as AML and FinCEN. Language Skills : Fluent in English; French is an added advantage. Interview Rounds & Assessments Table for Two: Brief chat with a recruiter.
