This role will lead cross-functional programs to drive process development and optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement across brands. QA and QC system development and oversight: Design and optimize the quality assurance and inspection system, implement global standards, and ensure all business units deliver top‑tier quality performance through consistent processes. Data‑driven continuous improvement and problem solving: Lead cross‑site and cross‑brand improvement projects using data analytics to identify root causes swiftly and propose effective solutions, enhancing both yield and operational efficiency. Cross‑department and cross‑brand strategic collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, supply chain, and brand teams to translate professional insights into product competitiveness, accelerate new product introductions, and ensure consistent quality performance. Quality audits and compliance: Plan and lead internal and external audits to ensure all global manufacturing sites and products fully comply with international standards, customer requirements, and sustainability criteria. Team leadership and talent management: Lead and develop a professional QA/QC team, build a culture of excellence, strengthen both technical and managerial capacity, and cultivate a world‑class and competitive quality team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in any field. Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, well‑versed in QA/QC systems, audit, risk management, and a solid understanding of international quality standards. Excellent in data analysis, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions and implement quality improvement plans. Excellent cross‑department communication and coordination skills in a multinational environment. Willing to travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
