Responsibilities To lead international tax planning and cross-border transaction structuring to meet the tax requirements of manufacturing sites, trading entities, and holding companies across Singapore, China, Taiwan, Europe, and the Americas. Develop investment holding structures and tax processes, including transfer pricing policies Oversee corporate income tax and indirect tax (VAT/GST) compliance across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with local advisors and external auditors. Able to provide tax advisory support to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and legal teams, covering areas such as order processing, pricing mechanisms, and intercompany fund transfers.. Build and lead regional or group-level tax teams, provide training, and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives. Job Requirements Minimum 8 years' experience in taxation, accounting, or audit, with at least 3 years in tax advisory roles within multinational manufacturing groups or Big Four firms. Proven expertise in transfer pricing, supply chain tax structuring, offshore entity planning, and cross-border financing arrangements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
