About Our Client

Our client is a highly respected and growing global private bank with a growing footprints in Asia. As part of its continued transformation and strategic alignment, a newly created opportunity has emerged for a Head of Projects, Global Private Bank . This role is pivotal in driving bankwide transformation and digitalisation , delivering efficiency, and upgrading platforms across all channels in the private banking business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Transformation: Lead and deliver strategic digitalisation initiatives across the global private bank, enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Bankwide Projects: Oversee large-scale projects spanning technology upgrades, process optimisation, and platform enhancements across multiple channels.
  • Change Management: Drive structured project governance and execution, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with senior leadership, business heads, and functional stakeholders globally to ensure strong alignment and buy-in.
  • Leadership & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to the business, influencing strategy and ensuring effective delivery of transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in banking , preferably with exposure to private banking and leading transformation or strategic projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering digitalisation and bankwide initiatives within complex, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at senior levels.
  • Strong project management expertise, able to oversee multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is preferred given the role supports senior stakeholders across Asia.
