Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, business and social engagements, and personal matters to optimize the workday. Travel Management: Arrange and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries to ensure seamless journeys. Administrative & Communication: Assist with preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports. Manage correspondence, draft emails, and take minutes during critical meetings as required. Personal Assistance: Handle a variety of personal matters for the CEO, including residence management, vehicle maintenance, personal errands, and coordinating social events. Stakeholder Relations: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, professionally handling inquiries and maintaining key business relationships. Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate needs and respond swiftly to urgent matters, providing thoughtful solutions to ensure the CEO’s work and personal life are not disrupted. Ad-Hoc Projects: Flexibly handle a wide range of miscellaneous tasks and projects as they arise, addressing both personal and business needs with efficiency and a positive attitude. Qualifications Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with international and regional stakeholders. A clear thinker with a quick, logical, and proactive mindset. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, a diligent work ethic, and a high level of personal integrity. A motivated self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
