Overview

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC, specializing in specialty chemicals. We are looking for a Packaging Warehouse Supervisor to join the team. Location: West region, Jurong Island. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Salary Package: up to $5,500 basic + AWS + VB. Employment type: Permanent, Full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and create batch or lot numbers, quantity and type of packaging according to production schedule.
  • Issue work assignments to contract personnel and observe them as work is performed.
  • Operate and set up packing systems; manage daily operations of the packaging warehouse including the operators and external contractors, ensuring zero defects and proper transport to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve warehouse-related safety issues.
  • Monitor and review environment compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in production scheduling and planning to maximize production.
  • Analyze and assess all aspects of packaging operations such as quality, cost, material, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage daily manpower requirements of ad-hoc workers.
  • Manage inventory of EVAL products, packaging supplies, raw materials, and other consumables in EVAL Silo & Packaging building.
  • Conduct GSAP posting for finishing product for Quality team to perform grading.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years working experience in warehouse packaging.
  • At least 3 years of warehouse packaging supervisory experience.
  • Good knowledge and application of all safety rules required in warehouse packaging environment.
