Maintain Accurate Records - Ensure call logs, appointment data, and customer notes are well-organized and up to date. Requirements Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the beauty industry preferred. Excellent communication and phone etiquette - clear, confident, and personable. Highly self-motivated , able to work independently, and achieve set targets. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling customer databases. ⭐ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.
