Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (US market)

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (US Market) to join ourGrowth & Intelligence Marketing team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

This role will see you planning, executing and optimizing our paid media buys across various channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Pinterest, Bing, and retargeting partners.
  • Manage media budgets across key markets, making strategic allocation decisions to drive performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and extract insights for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support campaigns, propose creative ad ideas, and drive key marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external partners and stay up to date on industry trends to keep Castlery ahead in performance marketing.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Data Analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data; experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
