Patient Management Assist doctor in preparation that patients’ case-notes for daily outpatient visit Assist doctor on physical clinical examination Conduct patient's counselling on financial fees and related surgical & treatment procedures Perform clinical nursing care procedure e.g. wound dressing, post surgical care advice and etc. Dispense medication to patient and billing when needed Surgery Management Prepare and conduct checks on surgical items, medical equipment and instrument before a surgical procedure Administrate and prepare of patient for surgical procedure including pre-surgical briefing/ checks, taking of vital signs and etc. Provide assistance to doctor during minor clinical surgery and procedure Monitor patients' condition and progress during their recovery Ensure all sharps and bio-hazards are properly disposed Prepare and pack surgical items/instrument for sterilization and disinfection Conduct routine stock check and expiry validation / replenish of surgical, medical and other supplies Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent Valid Singapore Nursing Board Practicing License Minimum 2-3 years nursing experience in Medical Specialist/ Clinic settings Possessed a valid OT / AU certificate or Hospital Testimonial will be an advantage Experience working in an operating theater / anesthesia unit will be considered an advantage Service oriented and enjoy interaction with people Mandarin speaker preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
