This is an opportunity for an experienced video animator to create a compelling explainer video for a bank compensation consulting firm’s website. The project requires a professional who can distill complex service offerings into a clear, engaging, and visually appealing animation that quickly communicates the company’s expertise to prospective clients. The role is fully remote and project-based, with an expected turnaround of one to two days.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand the business, develop a creative concept, and deliver a polished final product that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a creative concept and storyboard for the explainer video based on the company’s services and value proposition
  • Produce a high-quality animated video suitable for web presentation, ensuring clarity and engagement
  • Incorporate branding elements, graphics, and any provided assets as required
  • Edit and refine the video based on feedback to achieve the desired messaging and tone
  • Deliver the final video in web-optimized formats within the agreed timeline

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating animated explainer or promotional videos for professional services or B2B clients
  • Advanced proficiency with animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting
  • Availability for a short-term, project-based engagement
