ABOUT THE ROLE As Director, India & ROW, you will report to the Head of Brand & Content Marketing, LATAM, US Hispanic, IN & ROW to support development and implementation of business and marketing strategy for Audible both locally and as Audible expands globally. You support and contribute to growth and engagement strategies for the region, campaign planning and execution in close alignment with cross‑functional global teams and local marketplace needs. You will champion the Audible vision to contribute to planning and implementation of bar‑raising marketing strategy and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. You keep a pulse on the local region to represent the voice of the local customer in order to meet their content, marketing, and product needs. You are a data‑driven and creative marketer, aligned by a global ambition to build brand love and propel the Audible brand and category‑defining audio content. For Rest of World (ROW) marketplaces, you will work within the strategic framework for emerging marketplace expansion, supporting go‑to‑market plans and BAU Brand & Content Marketing initiatives in partnership with hub market teams. ABOUT THE TEAM You will embody and champion the Brand & Content Marketing team values: Storytellers: Build meaningful connections through compelling narratives and brand activations that inspire fandoms Globally‑Minded: Create value for listeners everywhere while maintaining awareness of diverse marketplaces and cultural nuances AI‑Forward: Leverage technology to create authentic, scalable relationships with audiences while enhancing human connections Data‑Driven: Measure success through tangible outcomes including brand metrics, audience growth, engagement rates, and customer advocacy As the Director, India & ROW you will… Bring Audible’s customer obsession to the IN and RoW customers by supporting strategy execution for brand and content marketing across these territories, defining strategy and measurement for mid‑tier campaigns Support in planning and execution of content marketing in partnership with the PR, Shopping Experience, and content teams Supervise offshoring for B&CM tasks related to Shopping Experience as well as business development teams in order to deliver assets per SLAs, QA, capture live asset placements Facilitate marketing plans and asset requests for titles, including writing cover art briefs and manage all required adaptations, documenting placements to report to content teams Act as campaign liaison and tactical execution lead. Ensure teams have all the required information and deliverables to fully execute all tier 2, 3 and 4 promotion plans Lead live event and IP execution by identifying and building a robust partner roster, developing event flows, attendees and localization, including working with both internal and external partners for approvals and collaboration Collaborate with the brand partnerships team to identify and execute marketing barter and product spotlight Work with the AoA team to track RoW market performance and serve as a key liaison for information sharing across all relevant hub and spoke teams. Develop regular communication flows such as weekly reports/monthly newsletter to ensure all stakeholders have relevant information regarding launches Act as a cross‑functional POC for ROW marketplace priority planning, working cross‑functionally across hub marketplaces to coordinate efforts around priority brand and content campaigns to be executed in spoke marketplaces Lead the relationship with the global social team to strategize and ensure regular tentpole title support and brand campaign localised executions Collaborate closely with the market lead and team manager to ensure alignment on strategy and execution of daily social content Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools and metrics Manage community engagement, reviewing agency comments and messages promptly Generate and embed the right action codes for tracking Support RoW hub teams for any social media executions that maybe required for campaign spikes eg. serving as the conduit between global social and hub teams, asset tracking, report management etc Work with the IN influencer marketing agency to develop a quarterly calendar for the year, including identifying always on market ambassadors through the IP program Lead influencer management for content campaigns and own the performance reporting for all internal teams Work closely with the awareness marketing team to align on global strategy and execution refinements Track invoices and generate POs from all external partners and accurately record them in the team’s budget tracker Partner with awareness marketing teams to assist with influencer engagement budgets and tracking ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent Experience working with global cross‑functional teams 6+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or consumer marketing Experience with project management of complex multi‑market projects, including milestone tracking, asset management and reporting Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies Experience managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and PO processes Knowledge of the Indian market landscape, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior. With native proficiency in Hindi and preferably one other regional language Preferred Qualifications MBA, or Master's degree 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or consumer marketing, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital content industries Proven track record of managing multi‑market campaigns across diverse geographic regions, particularly in India and emerging markets Experience planning and executing live events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
